Loose Lips Sink Ships was a slogan during WWII.  Our military forces were told to guard their mouths. If not, they would be giving the enemy ammunition to sink our ships.

The Scriptures tell us that he who guards his mouth and his lips keeps himself from calamity. Often times we are our own worst enemy.  We speak contrary to what the Word of God says, thus opening the door to calamity and defeat.  As citizens of Heaven, we must speak Heaven’s language and guard against leaky lips.

We have been given the language of faith that has access to the culture and blessings of Heaven. If we have leaky lips we destroy the destiny God has ordained for us.
